30-day returns
You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
